Marzanna Wolińska

An economist by education. She began her professional experience in human resources management and payroll accounting in 1996. During her professional career, she has supervised and coordinated the work of over 20 different payroll systems (several of which she implemented herself), developed regulations, procedures and company competitions, created tools to increase work efficiency, managed large amounts of data, on the basis of which she prepared reports for the needs of the local company and foreign branches, kept statistics and analyses in the field of employee motivation and employee remuneration of the company and the national labour market, conducted training in the field of labour law, negotiated terms with providers of non-wage benefits, co-organised company events and campaigns promoting HR activities, participated in the implementation of competency models, incentive programmes, activities to shape the company's image, organisational culture and a friendly workplace, supported the recruitment process, and calculated salaries for over a thousand employees.

In July 2021, she started working as a Payroll Specialist at the Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
