Representative for External Funds
She is a graduate in Economics, Public Administration, International Management and Marketing.
She has over 25 years' experience in international cooperation in Polish and international environments. From 2008 to 2025, she was employed at a scientific institution, most recently as Head of the Department of Scientific Research and Studies Organisation and the Research Projects Section. She is an experienced specialist in external funding, primarily in the field of basic research, and has led over 300 scientific projects from application to contract completion, including NCN, NAWA, ministerial and academic programmes, POiR, EU and foundation funding. She has developed thousands of competition applications, primarily in the fields of the humanities, social sciences, economics, and law. She is one of the founding members of the Polish Association of Managers and Administrators of Scientific Research and Projects (PolARMA).
She handles matters related to international cooperation, including scientific exchange.
She serves as the External Funds Representative and Horizon Europe Navigator in a network of research managers and administrators from Polish Academy of Sciences institutes.
She supports employees, doctoral students and the Institute's management in obtaining funds from external sources, particularly international ones involving foreign partners.
